Several organization at UC Davis are teaming up for .
Donations are being accepted through May 31 at several locations on the Davis and Sacramento campuses:

Organizers are seeking:
- Canned food
- Pantry staples (e.g. rice, pasta)
- Low-preparation items
- Shelf stable snacks
- Toiletries
The food drive is a partnership between , the , the UC Davis chapter of the Society for the Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science, and .
Organizers cited — part of Healthy UC Davis — that found 41% of Davis campus staff respondents and 54% of Sacramento campus staff respondents are at risk for food insecurity.
“Supporting colleagues facing food instability is a vital way to foster a healthier, more resilient workplace,” organizers said. “Your contributions directly impact the well-being and stability of our campus community.”
